Dr. Blevins is the founding member of this practice. He is originally from Mt. Sterling, Kentucky.
He then attended the University of Kentucky for his undergraduate studies. At Emory University, he
completed his medical school training and Otolarynogology residency. Dr. Blevins was a member of the
United States Navy, serving his country in Vietnam.
Dr. Blevins is married to wife, Linda. They have three children; Webb, Brooks, and Lane. He and Linda
are most proud of their six grandchildren.
He is an active member of the American Board of Otolaryngology, American Academy of Otolaryngology,
Kentucky Medical Association, Jefferson County Medical Society, and Kentucky Otolaryngology Society.
